I love being a green girl for many different reasons! Here are just a few... I use reusable shopping bags and of course I recycle. I try to always eat organic. I also only buy "Cage Free" eggs, because it is better for animals and this is also important to me. I take short showers and turn off the water when I brush my teeth! I also use the lights in my house as little as possible.

Fore! From her delivery in the birthplace of golf, St. Andrews, Scotland, Shay Lyn has kept an increasingly busy scorecard as a model and actress. And given her upbeat attitude - her nickname is Bubbles and her favorite quote, "Take the leap... the net will appear!" - it's only a matter of time before this 5'4" blue-eyed blonde sinks a well-earned hole-in-one.

After heading to Los Angeles to start her career at E! Entertainment Television, Shay's life took a turn for the unexpected when an international swimwear designer approached her at Gold's Gym in Venice and asked if she would like to model for her. (Of course, her very first modeling job was dressing up as Barbie for the icon's birthday party at Toys "R" Us. Recalls Shay, "I was wearing a full-blown Barbie outfit and there were 50 little girls dressed up just like her, too. They'd run up and say, 'Barbie, how much is this?' And I'm in character, saying, "I don't work at Toys 'R' Us. I'm Barbie!")

But enough about plastic, let's talk paper: Shay has graced the cover of no less than twelve magazine covers, including Muscle Magazine, Body Fitness, Optimum Lifestyle and Ironman, also appearing inside numerous publications, from Muscle and Fitness to Oxygen. Her commercial print work includes gigs for Bacardi, Vyotech, Body By Jake, Kitty Clothing, and Benchwarmer Trading Cards - her girl-next-door image has pepped up calendars for the likes of Monster Energy Drink, Speed Zone, Beach Babes and Hot Buns as well as countless posters.

Shay's bubbly personality has had a chance to fully shine in more three-dimensional work. Along with commercials/industrials for Paradise Casinos, Body by Jake and others, she has done a raft of promotional work for dozens of brands including Patron tequila, Red Bull, Boost Mobile, Maserati and the Palms Casino Resort, serving as national spokesmodel for Pirelli Tires and confirming her bikini-wearing expertise on Sammy Hagar's world tour, the Tour of the Sun Bikini Team (Ecuador), Street Dreams Bikini Team and many other first-string squads. She has also gotten her feet wet as an actress: as co-star of ESPN's "Ballbusters," co-host of HDNet's "Bikini Destinations" and guest star on Spike TV's "The John Henson Project." Along with Two and a Half Men and Knight Rider.

A self-admitted nerd (if that can be believed!), Shay Lyn loves Court TV and "Gray's Anatomy" and enjoys spending time with her dog Piggy. In her free time she can be found in the great outdoors - horseback riding, scuba diving, traveling - and hopes one day to return to her childhood stomping grounds to "buy a cottage on Klinger Lake in Michigan and spend every summer there."
